Vehicle Inspection Info

On the day of inspection, a member of our team will review your car to ensure it matches the description you provided. This typically involves a quick look over the bodywork, interior, a general workshop inspection, and a short test drive.

Provided you've accurately described your car, we will commit to paying the amount we valued. We may only suggest a lower amount on the day of sale if anything is materially different from the details you shared. This is why it's essential to be as accurate as possible when profiling your vehicle, to reduce the chance of the offer being lowered.

Once we confirm the car matches your description, we will arrange a fast payment via online bank transfer. In most cases, the money is transferred to your nominated bank account on the same day the vehicle is inspected. The time it takes for the money to be received can vary slightly depending on your bank, but it usually arrives within 24 hours of drop-off.

If there is any outstanding finance remaining on the car, this will be cleared first before you receive your money. Please speak to one of our team members if your car has any remaining finance.

Carried out on time to manufacturers' recommendations.
Nothing due within 4 months or 6,000 miles.
Complete with stamped service book/receipts/digital history.

Not been involved in an accident (recorded or unrecorded).
Preferred to not have had any paintwork (digitally paint depth gauge and visually inspect vehicles for paint/damage).
Car has not been previously modified cosmetically or mechanically and then returned to standard.
Car has not been previously stolen (recorded or unrecorded).

Car is mark-free.
Wheels are mark-free.
Tyres are matching, premium branded, not cracked/damaged, and all above 4mm.
No electrical or mechanical issues.
No cracks or chips in the glass.

If the car is as described, the agreed valuation price will always be paid.
